NO “COOKIE CUTTER”

(this approach is simply unacceptable to me!)

This is the approach nearly every consulting firm from large scale to individuals takes in working with you. they have a computerized program that they feed information into and it spits out a “Cookie Cutter” plan of action.  Problem being it will not address the  nuances and individual personalities that comprise your business and it will never provide a “total picture” approach by interweaving all the necessary factions of your company into one complex entity.

The only thing customized about this approach is that your company’s name appears on the top of the reports and plans.

Do you really want to see a bunch of charts or graphs telling you what you probably already know?

If this would work why not just buy a software program and do it yourself???
